Where in the world are you located?
Currently I'm located in Long Island,NY but im usually back and forth between there and Tampa, FL
What was your favorite past time when you were young?
My favorite past time when i was young was playing the drums, and video games..that's literally all i would do, i would practice drums everyday until i formed blisters on my hand. I always loved a good rhythm.
What was the very first CD you remember acquiring as a kid?
Honestly It had to be Tupac "All Eyez On me" but I didn't own a Cd til i was about 8 i was born in 92, but i didn't really listen to rap music, mostly r&b and other stuff but i always related to Pac in his music. He was someone I always admired, and hoped to be like. His personality had depth, he just wasn't some guy from the hood. Its funny because I grew up on the east side but loved the west
What was the first concert or performance you ever attended?
The first concert i ever attended was an Usher concert no lie. I went there with my mom, and i used to be a heavy usher fan as a kid. I grew up in a house with mostly females so of course I was gonna grow to like R&B.
A5: Well I started taking music serious when i was in high school. This was before rap, I was in a band with some of my homies in Florida, and we were trying to make it big but I mean my ambition was different from everyone else, so when my band broke up , I ended up moving to NY. I always knew I wanted to do music. I used to write lyrics for my band, so i was always writing after my band broke up, I linked with my buzzin in NY, and he got me to start freestylin, I used to be complete garbage LOL so I never thought i could take it seriously, but i loved doing it, and it was fun. I could write all day its just a gift. I didn't start taking rap serious until a year ago when i was in Florida. The TriiiBB, and Impact Era gave me the motivation to really pursue music. When I seen like minded individuals following their dreams it just sparked something, and I haven't been able to stop. so the short answer for that is 24 I'm 25 now.
If you had the chance to play one of your pieces to the ENTIRE world, what song would you choose?
If I had the chance to play any of my songs for the world it would probably be Walking Through Infinity. I think that explains who I am as an artist the best.
Where did you find the inspiration for this particular track and what is the meaning behind the song?
The thing that inspired me to write this track was the balance within myself, it was me accepting my demons instead of battling them, it was me passing my limits. I've had so much emotion bottled up inside i needed to let it all out, It was me understanding the POWER I have, because people want you to be powerless so they can take advantage of you, but once you realize the POWER is in your hands, nothing can stop you from doing what you put your mind to. Powerful Indestructible Ruler of the Universe.
What do you think about the state of the music industry today and how would you like to see it change?
The state of the music industry is VERY DIRE lol. As a black culture, rap was all about creativity, and expression of ones self because our voices were never heard. Specially when you come from the hood, nobody cares what you gotta say. Now its all about money, and less creativity, people ain't spitting with emotion, or spittin' how they feel, People just trying to do things to stay relevant, ghost writing is at an all time high. Even when rappers were beefing back in the day it was real beef, people was dying or getting violated over it. Now the beef be on some goofy promotion. We need more real raw emotion.
What is one issue in the world that you would like to see change in your lifetime?
One issue that i would like to see changed in our lifetime is our perceptions of each other, For humans to realize that we are on this planet together, and we control our fate. we can either work together to better the planet, or keep hating on each other, and lie in our own grave. we don't got much time to make this decision either. The illusion is breaking whether we accept it or not.
What current projects are buzzing and what future projects do we have to look forward to from you?
Right now I got my EP Walking Through Infinity out on Spotify, iTunes, Apple music, Google Play etc. I got a few old singles on my Soundcloud people can check out, and as far as future projects, I have a few unreleased songs to be on the lookout for, a few music videos to be on the lookout for and i'm working on my next project as we speak. This project probably will be called "Through The Eyes Of Deception" from the looks of it the direction is going to be different from my last project.

Is there anything else you would like the world to know about you?
I go by the name of Enki Solomon Aka The Mad Alchemist, i don't stick to one style of music I spit what i feel, and what is going on around me. I'm all about the balance, sometimes i can make positive empowering music, and sometimes I'll switch and up, and tap into the dark side, but everything I spit is genuine. I just hope i can inspire people to be the same.
