Where in the world are you located?
-Daytona Beach, FL
What was your favorite past time when you were young?
-Football. Always been a Ravens fan. Hometown team
What was the very first CD you remember acquiring as a kid?
-College Dropout by Kanye. I even met him, shook his hand and got the album autographed in Baltimore.
What was the first concert or performance you ever attended?
-J.cole in 2011 Orlando. Other than that Big K.R.i.T. 2015 in Otown too.
At what age did you begin to take music seriously?
-I always knew i wanted to do it when I started writing at 14. But didn't get really serious until i dropped out of college. And didn't start dropping tracks & my 1st video until late 2017.
If you had the chance to play one of your pieces to the ENTIRE world, what song would you choose?
-WTFWY. A track about my dad not being there. 1 of my deepest tracks and many people, especially minorities can relate. It has 126,000 streams on Spotify so far. I'd love to make a short episode type music video around it.
Where did you find the inspiration for this particular track and what is the meaning behind the song?
-Where The Fuck Were You. Basically a reverse Dear Mama inspired by my dad.
Telling how I honestly felt.
What do you think about the state of the music industry today and how would you like to see it change?
-It's trash. Garbage and gimmicks are promoted and praised. The real is mostly shut down unless they have a big funding or own label and marketing power.
I'd like to see the real talented artists given the spotlight they deserve. Radio should be ran by the likes of Kendrick, J.cole & Big K.R.i.T. also classic hip-hop. Nipsey only had 1 radio "hit". That's a shame.
What is one issue in the world that you would like to see change in your lifetime?
-Too many to limit to just 1. Mainly the dismantling of the government. They are corrupt and rule our lives for their benefit only. They cause issues like poverty, crime/drug-ridden communities. I'd like for everyone to have their own land, farms, be financially free, not stuck in a man-made rat race competing becoming enemies for a piece of fuckin paper that has no real value.
What current projects are buzzing and what future projects do we have to look forward to from you?
-I haven't dropped a project yet. I'm focusing on singles right now, building my following & brand 1st before a project.
I do have some concepts in mind though.
One being a mixtape revolved around Hebrew Israelite shit & an R&B/rap vibe tape. IDK when they'll drop though.
Where can we find you on social media?
Is there anything else you would like the world to know about you?
- My relationship with the Creator comes 1st in my life. I'm the lone wolf just focused on Him & chasing my passion with the talent He bestowed upon me.
And I'm the type of artist that puts his soul (hence the name) in my music. I won't make anything to appease any audience. It's all raw and real-life experiences/emotions that a lot of people should relate to, whether good or bad.
