WHEN DID YOUR ORGANIZATION START?
Our TRiiiBE began in 2013.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? PLEASE READ
After production is complete.
Production time is 7-10 business days.
The reason for this time frame is that we do not hold ready-made inventory for immediate shipment. The majority of our products are made, as each order is placed by our fulfillment team in California, Canada, or China.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRIORITY SHIPPING?
Yes but since most of our products are POD, those orders arrive in about 2 weeks.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
International shipping is $19.99 on our end. We do not pay customs taxes or fees.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE! CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE THE POLICY REGARDING SUCH MATTERS?
If the product you have received has defected please email us (Info@triiibeworldwide.org) immediately and we will rectify the issue for you ASAP. Please include a picture of the defective product in your email.
WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC IS THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?
Our products are typically made from canvas and printed once ordered. Our products are not made out of authentic Ankara or Kente fabrics but our designers are all black and proud!
DO YOU HAVE SHOES IN A LARGER SIZE?
Men: For the majority of the shoes no, however, we do have a small selection of shoes all the way up to size 15.
Ladies: Maybe, most of the time we carry the same shoe for men. Please check our men's selection for a larger shoe size and convert the size. For example, if you wear a size 8 in women, you will be size 6.5 in men. See the chart below:
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, no. Please make sure to enter the correct discount code before checking out. See below:
